Controls UP when i turn on my turnigy for lotus t-580

All controls are up to star and turn on my turnigy but the 2 stick needs to goind down when Lotus have started. See the images:

2 stick going DOWN when start to fly

Low battery sound Lotus T-580

Here is the sound when the battery in going down and need to stop flying to recharge the battery.

MY Lotus Beeping all time

HI, this is my tunnig Lotus T-580 but still beeping sound all time, just trim up/down. (is not the battery)
