Controls UP when i turn on my turnigy for lotus t-580

All controls are up to star and turn on my turnigy but the 2 stick needs to goind down when Lotus have started. See the images:

Low battery sound Lotus T-580

Here is the sound when the battery in going down and need to stop flying to recharge the battery.
